About The Position

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for executing daily cash management activities, processing bank transactions, and supporting secure payment operations. This role works closely with the cash application team and banking partners to ensure accurate cash positioning, timely exception resolution, and compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of cash positioning, ACH, wires, lockbox operations, and merchant services
• Experience with bank portals and payment platforms
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash positioning and prepare cash availability reports
• Review, investigate, and resolve ACH exceptions and lockbox (LB) exceptions
• Maintain and manage all bank correspondence, including issue resolution and inquiries
• Coordinate daily reporting with the cash application team to ensure accurate posting and reconciliation
• Conduct verbal bank validations for vendors in accordance with fraud prevention and internal control procedures
• Input ACH and wire transactions into bank platforms for approval and release
• Monitor payment activity to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance
• Support bank account maintenance, documentation, and authorized user controls
• Collaborate with accounting to research and resolve discrepancies between financial records and bank statements
• Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction research as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant services, overseeing payment processing and daily operations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize merchant services, including issue resolution and support of fee or contract discussions
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies, security protocols, and audit requirements
