Managing corporate treasury and banking activity across multiple assets.
Monitoring daily bank balances and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
Processing wires, ACH transfers, and other bank transactions with precision.
Administering and reconciling corporate and purchase card programs through Concur.
Managing merchant IDs (MIDs) and coordinating credit card processing across properties.
Maintaining banking infrastructure, account access, and authorized signers.
Supporting acquisitions, due diligence, audits, and third-party field exams.
Partnering with IT to resolve payment processing and merchant service issues.
Maintaining documentation, internal controls, and compliance standards.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
You bring 3+ years of experience in treasury, banking, or cash management.
You have experience working with online banking platforms and reporting tools.
You’re proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
You understand wires, ACH transactions, and banking codes (including BAI).
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
You communicate clearly and work well with minimal supervision.
Hospitality or multi-unit accounting experience is a plus.
