About The Position

The Treasury Analyst supports the Company’s treasury operations by preparing, processing, and tracking cash and investment activities. This role is responsible for reconciling investment accounts, assisting with wire transfers and check deposits, and maintaining the stock option system. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaboration across Finance and Accounting teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
3 years of financial experience in a corporate setting
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required

Nice To Haves

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Great Plains) a plus

Responsibilities

Support daily cash operations, including bank account monitoring, wire transfers, and check deposits
Prepare daily cash receipt reports
Reconcile investment accounts monthly
Review and analyze monthly/quarterly bank service charges, credit facilities, and interest expense
Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to provide reporting support for senior management
Maintain and reconcile stock option activity (grants, exercises, cancellations) for compliance and accurate reporting
Partner with Legal on employee trading plans and open trading windows
Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, including year-end proxy reporting
Identify and recommend process improvements
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
