About The Position

Delinea is looking for an analyst to join the treasury team to ensure that our treasury capabilities meet the increasing needs of our rapidly growing global business. This role will support various aspects of treasury operations and insurance, with a primary focus on global cash management, country expansion, foreign exchange operations, treasury and insurance systems, controls and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong financial analysis, modeling and critical thinking.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year’s experience in a multi-national corporate treasury function or cash management/treasury services at a global bank (internship experience applies).

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with financial institutions to help build and maintain Delinea’s worldwide banking network.
• Research and resolve inquiries regarding global cash activities.
• Execute daily treasury transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, FX trades and intercompany settlements.
• Monitor daily cash positions and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity.
• Monitor FX exposure and support hedging strategies. Manage interest rate risks for Delinea’s debt facilities.
• Prepare regular treasury reports for leadership. Ensure compliance with Delinea’s treasury policy and audit requirements.
• Support Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, FP&A and other internal teams with projects and initiatives relating to cash, bank accounts and treasury activities.
• Coordinate certificates of insurance and participate in yearly insurance renewals.
