Treasury Analyst

About The Position

As a Treasury Analyst within Aptiv’s EDS Record-to-Report (RTR) team, you will support day-to-day cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all cash-related transactions. You will play a key role in managing cash flow activities, partnering closely with Treasury stakeholders, business units, and finance teams to support global operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of experience in Treasury
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

In-house bank, foreign currency, or cash management experience preferred
Kyriba or Treasury Management Systems' (TMS) experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on cash management activities and act as the liaison with Corporate Treasury
Post bank statements, reconcile cash positions, manage cash pool and factoring activities, and clear cash-in-transit accounts
Analyze cash transactions and variances, identify risks or inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions
Support month-end close processes related to cash accounting
Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and providing clear explanations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to or lead implementation of automation and efficiency initiatives
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders across the business
