Summary of Position The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations with a strong focus on cash management, past-due collections, payment processing and application, and month-end close activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining liquidity, improving working capital, ensuring accurate cash reporting, and supporting financial controls within a fast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • 2–5 years of treasury, AR, or cash management experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Solid understanding of banking operations, payment methods, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting practices.
  • Time Management & Organizational Skills – Consistently meets deadlines and commitments. Prioritizes and plans work activities and utilizes time effectively to deliver on realistic action plans.
  • Problem solving skills – the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22.C.F.R. § is required.

  • Experience in private equity-back companies.
  • Exposure to cash and liquidity forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with treasury workstations, or payment platforms.
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain rolling cash and liquidity forecasts through monitoring of daily cash balances, expected receipts and payments, and credit facility utilization.
  • Manage and track past-due accounts; proactively following up with customers to resolve billing disputes and payment delays.
  • Develop and maintain collection strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
  • Initiate and track wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Apply incoming payments (checks, wires, ACH) accurately and timely, reconciling remittance details with customer invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash or discrepancies.
  • Document collection activity and maintain accurate customer communication logs.
  • Analyze aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
  • Prepare cash reconciliations and support bank account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end close tasks related to cash, AR, and treasury accounts.
  • Provide backup support to AR team for processing customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and banking protocols, and support audit requests and internal testing.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and trends.
