Purpose: The Treasury Analyst supports the Treasury Director by executing daily cash operations, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely cash reporting. This role works closely with banking partners and Corporate Accounting to oversee payment processing and account administration while contributing to monthly close activities and audit needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, bank operations, or corporate finance.
  • Experience with daily cash operations, including preparing and documenting deposits.
  • Working knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, payment templates, and approval workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using banking portals (e.g., wire initiation, ACH origination, balance reporting).
  • Understanding of bank account documentation, such as account openings/closings, bank product forms, and signature card management.
  • Ability to interpret and maintain financial records and supporting documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of internal controls, particularly around payment security and user access.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including comfort managing recurring daily/weekly deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support project accountants, finance staff, and bank contacts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and templates for recurring reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving as bank portal administrator, including user setup, entitlement changes, and periodic access reviews.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP banking modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), if applicable.
  • Exposure to SOX controls, compliance requirements, and proper documentat

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, document and process daily deposits
  • Collect necessary Treasury information for self-servicing access for project accountants and other finance staff
  • Prepare documentation to open or close bank accounts; add or modify bank products
  • Ensure signature cards remain up-to-date and all required documentation is executed and maintained properly and timely
  • Initiate wires and ACH payments via online banking systems as needed and maintain templates for each
  • Function as administrator for banking portals and first point of contact for routine banking service questions
  • Prepare and input monthly Treasury journal entries to SAP ByDesign
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations, research and resolve variances
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests
  • Maintain a positive relationship with banking representatives
  • Provide support in other Treasury functions as assigned
