About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and reporting from banks, third-party software providers, and internal departments. The role involves working collaboratively with various departments to manage an efficient payment and collections environment, ensuring robust infrastructure, reporting processes, and controls. The candidate will maintain a comprehensive database of bank accounts and associated services while overseeing bank account and payment approvals and signatory management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in treasury or cash management.
Proficiency in banking, wire transfer, reconciliation, and cash forecasting.
Experience in inter-company transactions, treasury, cash management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report from banks, third-party software providers, and internal departments.
Collaborate with departments to manage an efficient payment and collections environment.
Maintain a database of bank accounts and associated services.
Oversee bank account and payment approvals, including signatory management.
Maintain treasury online user profiles across multiple bank platforms.
Manage credit card, positive pay, and payment fraud reporting.
Assist in daily treasury operations including cash concentration, wires, ACH, account funding.
Handle short-term investments, cash forecasting, borrowing, and foreign exchange.
Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and manage inter-company cash.
