About The Position

The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities within a multinational business environment and will be responsible for both project-based and daily activities in the areas of global banking, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and other special projects. This role will provide a unique opportunity for the right individual to experience a variety of corporate finance applications and develop leadership and critical decision-making skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 3+ years work experience in treasury or other corporate finance roles
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Nice To Haves

  • CTP certification
  • Experience with foreign exchange transactions and settlements
  • Experience with export letters of credit, documentary collections and standby letters of credit a plus
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Advanced computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity

Responsibilities

  • Support global cash forecasting and working capital management processes
  • Support debt covenant compliance requirements and general maintenance of the company's credit facilities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, including the administration of access privileges to global banking information systems
  • Assist with intercompany transaction settlements, including intercompany loans and spot foreign exchange transactions
  • Assist with foreign exchange transaction management, including spot FX trading and settlements
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of ad-hoc financial reports for senior management
  • Provide detailed transaction support to accounting as part of their month-end, quarter-end and annual reporting cycles
  • Work closely with other departments including accounts payable, accounts receivable, information technology, tax and corporate development on special projects as needed
