About The Position

Blue Cross of Idaho’s Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst I. This role offers hands-on experience across treasury functions, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, capital planning, and other Treasury responsibilities. This position also provides support in managing daily cash operations, analyzing financial data, and assisting with banking and investment related tasks. This role reports to the Manager, Accounting/Finance. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. Hybrid work schedule is supported. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

• Experience: 0-3 years of Accounting or Finance experience including Treasury and investment experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments

Nice To Haves

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, liquidity and banking activities across multiple organizations
• Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash management
• Support modeling for capital planning projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
