This role is a 100% travel position, requiring the supervisor to be on-site at various project locations across the service area for the duration of each assignment. Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time is a firm requirement. You must be comfortable with being on the road for extended periods as dictated by project needs.
  • Extensive experience supervising commercial construction projects as well as the ability to effectively direct diverse crews and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of finish carpentry, millwork, and architectural hardware.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial blueprints and technical specifications is mandatory.
  • Strong background in metal framing, wood framing, and drywall is a must.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Deep knowledge of job site safety requirements is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for client and subcontractor interactions.
  • Good physical condition and the mental sharpness to solve complex onsite puzzles independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with acoustical ceiling systems is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a wide range of commercial renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality finish work—including doors, frames, millwork, and specialty fixtures—meets Trimerge’s "gold standard."
  • Expertly interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to orchestrate work sequences and ensure precision across all trades.
  • Supervise and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule.
  • Uphold excellence by conducting rigorous inspections, ensuring every phase of the project is defect-free and exceeds client expectations.
  • Act as the primary enforcer of company and OSHA safety protocols, maintaining a culture of total site safety.
  • Proactively identify site challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions to keep project timelines on track.
  • Manage tools, materials, and onsite logistics to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
