Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time is a firm requirement. You must be comfortable with being on the road for extended periods as dictated by project needs.
Extensive experience supervising commercial construction projects as well as the ability to effectively direct diverse crews and delegate tasks effectively.
Must possess a deep understanding of finish carpentry, millwork, and architectural hardware.
Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial blueprints and technical specifications is mandatory.
Strong background in metal framing, wood framing, and drywall is a must.
OSHA 10 certification required.
Deep knowledge of job site safety requirements is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for client and subcontractor interactions.
Good physical condition and the mental sharpness to solve complex onsite puzzles independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience with acoustical ceiling systems is a plus.
OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage a wide range of commercial renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality finish work—including doors, frames, millwork, and specialty fixtures—meets Trimerge’s "gold standard."
Expertly interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to orchestrate work sequences and ensure precision across all trades.
Supervise and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule.
Uphold excellence by conducting rigorous inspections, ensuring every phase of the project is defect-free and exceeds client expectations.
Act as the primary enforcer of company and OSHA safety protocols, maintaining a culture of total site safety.
Proactively identify site challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions to keep project timelines on track.
Manage tools, materials, and onsite logistics to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
