About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Running significant projects.
• Proven experience working on federal construction projects is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
• Ability to travel as required by project locations.
