About The Position

As a Traveling Sales Specialist you will travel to communities within the northeast division. This particular area can include Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, New Hampshire, Vermont. You will generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing sales associate vacancies. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant and recent senior living sales experience.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
  • Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • close proximity to an airport is a plus
