Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport.
• Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (Duration of coverage 18 overnight stays).
• Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to rent vehicles from all major rental car companies as needed for business travel.
• Be able to lift 20-40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal.
• Promote and recommend treatment packages.
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments.
• Actively seek client reviews and referrals.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees.
• Complete employee work schedules.
