About The Position

The Traveling Sales Manager at Milan Laser Hair Removal is a full-time role responsible for managing sales operations across various locations while the regular Sales Manager is unavailable. This position involves traveling to different clinics, conducting sales consultations, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
• Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (Duration of coverage 18 overnight stays)
• Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to rent vehicles from all major rental car companies as needed for business travel
• Be able to lift 20-40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
• Promote and recommend treatment packages
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Actively seek client reviews and referrals
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
• Complete employee work schedules
• Foster a culture of world class customer service
