The Field Safety Coordinator supports Tri State’s “Safety First, Family Always” culture by providing safety oversight across all jobsites in California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Colorado. This role requires strong, hands-on construction safety experience and a deep understanding of the unique hazards found in multi-trade commercial construction environments. The Coordinator works directly with the Safety & Compliance Team, General Superintendents, Field Superintendents, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and their employees to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient field operations. Position includes frequent traveling, regular work in active construction environments, as well as in office work at Corporate Headquarters in Escondido, CA.
