Tractor Supply Project Team - Traveling Retail Merchandiser
About The Position
Done Right Merchandising is hiring motivated, reliable, and experienced merchandisers to join their dedicated Tractor Supply Project Team. This is a year-round, traveling project role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and enjoy consistent work, overnight schedules, and team-based execution. The company is filling a limited number of positions on this project team and is seeking candidates who bring strong merchandising experience, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Project teams typically complete 2 stores per week, working Sunday night through Wednesday night from 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Occasionally, a fifth workday on Thursday may be required depending on project needs. This position offers steady guaranteed work with scheduled blackout weeks for holidays, including the weeks of 7/05/26, 9/06/26, 11/08/26, and 11/22/26.
Requirements
- Experience with fixtures and planogram setting
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
- Reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Ability to periodically lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid government-issued identification
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Execute store remodels, resets, and fixture installations
- Set planograms and merchandise according to project specifications
- Work efficiently as part of a traveling project team
- Maintain quality, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety, operational, and client standards
