This position reports to the Chef Manager and Director of Operations and is responsible for preparing all types, including but not limited to, grilled foods, cold salads, sandwiches. Responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and/or catering meals. Assists the Chef Manager with daily tasks and preparation of meals. This position will work the grill or any other station assigned and assist the Chef with catering orders and other food prep work as needed. Throughout the entirety of the portfolio. This position may be asked to travel as far north as Wakefield, MA and as far south as Johnston, RI.
