About The Position

Working as a Director of Dining Services (Traveling/Regional/Bench), you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day dining operations for 16 healthcare dining accounts with 14 retail cafes located in/around Johnson City, TN. You will manage and lead a team of associates at each location. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

• Five years of foodservice operation experience, preferably in healthcare
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Nice To Haves

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with account customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Regional Director of Operations, on-site Directors and Executive Chefs as well as management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
