Job Description: Traveling Project Appraisal Associate Job Description Assists project managers in conducting customer site inspections for asset identification and analysis purposes. Makes initial judgment on specific assets inspected and determines if the asset should be included in the valuation report (buildings, machinery & equipment, land improvements, etc.) Documents asset attributes for valuation and reporting purposes. Applies direct, standard, and normal costing techniques with consistency and accuracy (valuation of subject assets.) Develops project management skills (project preparation, prioritizing tasks, effective client communication, scheduling, monitoring productivity, making decisions, solving problems, completing all necessary tasks efficiently, client follow up, and appraiser feedback.)
