About The Position

This is a Full-Time Traveling Periodontal Dental Assistant role. This role travels to the following locations: Braintree, Brookline, South Boston, Malden, Chelmsford, and Peabody. Requirements

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment
• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA
• Maintain dental supply inventory
• Perform other related job duties as assigned
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork as the providers assisted are subject to change dependent upon the practice needs.
