About The Position

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a skilled Orthodontic RDA who enjoys variety and flexibility while still working within a consistent, supportive team. This role is ideal for an RDA who is confident in orthodontic assisting and comfortable traveling between local practices as needed. Requirements

  • Dental Assistant certification/licensure (per state requirements)
  • Orthodontic assisting experience required (1+ year preferred)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with digital imaging and orthodontic software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments and workflows
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

Responsibilities

  • Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
  • Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
  • Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day
