About The Position

Are you ready to bring your expertise as an oral surgeon to a dynamic, multispecialty dental practice while enjoying the flexibility of a traveling schedule? Honest Practices is a state-of-the-art, multispecialty dental practice in Delray Beach, FL, seeking a Part-Time Traveling Oral Surgeon Associate to provide surgical care across our network of locations. Our mission is to deliver honest, exceptional care to patients while supporting our clinicians with efficient, collaborative, and professionally rewarding practice environments . We are looking for a surgeon who enjoys flexible schedules, multidisciplinary collaboration, and working in modern, fully equipped surgical facilities , without the administrative burdens of daily practice management. What We Offer: Flexible Travel Schedule: Work across multiple Honest Practices locations while maintaining control of your schedule. Travel support and streamlined workflows make it easy to provide care efficiently. Collaborative Multispecialty Environment: Join a team of general dentists and specialists who coordinate patient care seamlessly. You’ll have access to modern surgical planning, restorative support, and onsite assistance. Unique Compensation & Alignment: We offer a unique compensation structure designed to align incentives with patient outcomes—not volume-driven production. We do not measure our clinical team on financial production--instead, we evaluate and reward our team based on patient experience and outcomes. Our compensation structure rewards your skill, efficiency, and patient outcomes , not volume or procedure count. We offer two options: a full $4,000 per day rate and a half-day rate of $2,000. Focus on Clinical Excellence: You can focus entirely on surgical care while our team manages scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks. Who We Are Looking For: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Current Florida Dental License with deep sedation permit Experienced in dentoalveolar surgery and other common OMS procedures. Flexible, collaborative, and professional , able to adapt to different clinical sites and teams. Patient-centered and ethical , aligned with Honest Practices’ values of transparency and integrity. Requirements

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
• Current Florida Dental License with deep sedation permit
• Experienced in dentoalveolar surgery and other common OMS procedures.
• Flexible, collaborative, and professional , able to adapt to different clinical sites and teams.
