Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or anticipated degree).
Current OT license (or eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
Strong adaptability and comfort working in diverse clinical environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Interest in rural healthcare and supporting rehabilitation teams across multiple communities.
Willingness to travel and complete short-term assignments.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality OT services across various rural healthcare settings.
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Deliver therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, functional mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities.
Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients and families on safety, adaptive strategies, home programs, and ways to enhance independence.
Adapt smoothly to new work environments, teams, and patient populations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment approaches to optimize functional outcomes.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
