About The Position

Aspire Health Group is seeking a Traveling Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the management of various facilities across Florida. This role is focused on creating a resident and family-centered culture, building teams, and ensuring compliance with company practices. The administrator will be responsible for the overall operations, including leadership, performance management, and the implementation of innovative healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Florida.
• At least five years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility.
• Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
• Proven track record in performance management and effective leadership.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of assigned facilities.
• Provide coverage and stabilization during vacancies and onboarding of new leaders.
• Conduct assessments of systems and processes to ensure compliance with company practices.
• Monitor departmental activities, communicate policies, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct leadership evaluations of department heads and create development plans.
• Implement new ideas and concepts to improve systems and processes.
