Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications and cross-selling of bank services and products.
• Assist clients in every area of banking.
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
