The Traveling Maintenance Manager will assist in maintenance operations related to the portfolio of NHE managed communities including staff recruitment and retention, staff training, negotiations with vendors and suppliers, while maintaining excellent customer service to all residents and third parties. The work schedule may also include weekends and holidays. Regular travel, including overnight travel, is required.
