We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Traveling Security Camera Installation Technician II to join our team based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you’ll travel across the U.S. installing and configuring surveillance systems at our apartment communities that we own and manage. Requirements

2+ years of experience in installing surveillance or low-voltage systems required
Strong understanding of IP networking, cabling, and system integration
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and technical troubleshooting
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Install, wire, and configure security camera systems
Mount cameras, run cable (including low-voltage wiring)
Test system functionality and ensure optimal camera placement and performance
Work with project managers and local teams to complete installations on time and within scope
Travel frequently – 2 weeks on and 1 week off
