Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented to assume the role of Traveling Housekeeping to support cleanliness and upkeep across multiple residential and commercial properties within our portfolio. This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project size and location. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is adaptable, and always maintains professionalism.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to work independently or with a team of one or more individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform full cleanings of residential units prior to new tenant move-ins, ensuring homes meet company quality standards.
- Complete cleaning and preparation of commercial suites for new incoming tenants.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, entrances, and exterior surroundings of designated commercial properties.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety practices for both indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Travel between assigned properties throughout the week; mileage is reimbursed.
- Communicate any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues observed while on duty.
- Ensure company equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and transported.
