We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Foreman to join our Hartford Industrial Team supporting the industrial and power markets. This is a leadership role with 100% travel to major job sites across the U.S. You can live anywhere in the country—we’ll get you where you need to be. Requirements
- 100% travel nationwide (per diem & lodging provided).
- Comfortable working at elevations up to 1,000 ft.
- 5+ years in construction, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading crews of up to 5 technicians.
- Ability to read blueprints and execute technical specifications.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field crews on projects such as chimney restoration, concrete repair, masonry repair, and structural reinforcement.
- Supervise all on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
- Review drawings, plan daily work activities, and track progress.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.
- Commit to 24/7 safety by ensuring strict safety procedures, especially at height.
