About The Position

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Traveling Fixture Installer in our Kansas City, MO territory! Signature Retail Services is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team for exciting Remodel Construction projects at major Home Improvement corporations such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. This position involves extensive travel through the assigned region, overnight and/or dayshift projects, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in construction, general labor, or other hands-on fields who are ready to take on a dynamic, active role! We offer a competitive industry pay rate of $20- $23/hr, based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and basic auto insurance.
• Frequent travel ability to project locations and work across multiple states.
• Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Access to a personal Smartphone with call, text, and email capability.
• This position involves regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
• This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout your state and surrounding states to complete store remodels based on project needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete the tear down, repair, and installation of steel H-frame racking fixtures, cantilever systems, and steel beams.
• Safely operate power tools and heavy equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts to set steel racking fixtures and install store/brand signage.
• Consistently move items including building materials, lumber, doors, windows, and steel racking fixtures throughout the duration of the shift.
