So, who’s right for the job? We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and strategic Finance Manager to join our team in the Hattiesburg, MS area. This position will require 50% to 75% travel to cover other stores in the organization as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the recreational vehicle industry. You will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals, including maximizing profits. As the manager, you will be responsible for carefully overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring that all sales documents are accurately prepared. You will play a crucial role in monitoring cash flow and accounts while ensuring that the dealership complies with all financial regulations and standards. Additionally, you will assess and manage financial risks, collaborate with other departments to meet their financial needs, and provide expert financial guidance to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the auto or RV industry (required).
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in financial management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure financing options for customers.
• Analyze customer credit profiles and provide recommendations for loan approvals.
• Ability to prepare legal documents and required state paperwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve any financing-related issues or inquiries from customers promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lending laws, and dealership policies.
• Stay up to date on changes in finance-related legislation impacting the RV industry.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and streamline financing processes.
• Prepare regular financial performance reports for management review.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financing and profit margins.
