Traveling Field Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Field Supervisor with a strong background in security or military experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field and prior management experience. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in various locations, with up to 50% travel required outside Nevada markets. This role requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and teams effectively. This position requires a highly responsible individual who is comfortable working independently and leading teams in various locations. The role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security across all sites.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of security or military experience with prior management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, primarily outside Nevada markets
- Ability to work 8+ hours per day with little to no supervision
- No criminal convictions
- Clean driving record required
- Able to obtain a Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card (LVMPD)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage field operations across various locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Provide leadership and support to on-site teams
- Report on project status, including any challenges or risks
- Maintain high standards of safety and security
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
