About The Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Field Supervisor with a strong background in security or military experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field and prior management experience. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in various locations, with up to 50% travel required outside Nevada markets. This role requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and teams effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of security or military experience with prior management experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, primarily outside Nevada markets
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day with little to no supervision
• No criminal convictions
• Clean driving record required
• Able to obtain a Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card (LVMPD)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field operations across various locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Provide leadership and support to on-site teams
• Report on project status, including any challenges or risks
• Maintain high standards of safety and security
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
