About The Position

As a Field Services Computer Technician, you’ll be providing onsite hardware and networking support by performing installations, moves, and repairs as needed. You’ll work in coordination with the Sales team and will be the primary point of contact and support for our customers. You will be responsible for technical assistance, follow-up services, and problem escalation. If you like traveling, working in a fast-paced environment, and have great customer service skills, this job is for you!

Requirements

  • Prior cabling experience required.
  • A+ certification highly desired.
  • Position requires 50% traveling, both in and out of state, including overnight stays.
  • BICSI certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days.
  • Knowledge of CAT 5e, 6, 6A is a plus.
  • Must be available for varying shifts depending on customers’ needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a professional presence.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as independently.
  • Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. and know and use proper lifting techniques.
  • Must be able to climb ladders.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights of 3-40 ft.
  • Must have exceptional driving record and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
