About The Position
Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with a starting wage of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, and $25.00 per hour for those with a CDL A. Our employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. We also provide an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, along with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Santa Ana location requires travel 60% of the time, primarily within the Bay Area/Silicon Valley region, with most employees returning home each night. Projects typically operate on a Monday - Friday schedule, with occasional weekend and night shifts depending on project requirements. We ensure that traveling employees have a private hotel room at no cost and receive per diem.
