About The Position
Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with a starting wage of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, and $24.00 per hour for those with a CDL A. Employees can expect 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. We also provide an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Schenectady location requires travel 70% of the time within the New England area, typically operating on a '10 Days on / 4 Days off' schedule. Employees will have private hotel accommodations at no cost and receive per diem while traveling.
