Your impact Own break/fix and preventive maintenance: watch machines in operation, determine the true root cause, and implement durable repairs across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. Open up equipment safely to access and replace defective parts; adjust controls and fine‑tune mechanisms for optimal performance. Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other shop tools to fabricate and restore parts; perform welding when necessary. Partner with customer teams to plan and execute PM and reliability procedures; complete work to recognized industry standards with minimal direction. Use industrial control systems to run diagnostics, analyze complex faults, and restore uptime. Capture all work in service reports and site maintenance platforms to support traceability and continuous improvement. Champion safety, housekeeping, and contractor conduct standards on every job.
