About The Position
Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking skilled individuals to operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency. The position involves maintaining daily drilling reports, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, and conducting routine and preventative maintenance as needed. The role also includes leading a drilling crew, training and mentoring employees, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MSDS, CEUs, and JSAs, approving employee timesheets, completing well logs, and promoting positive relationships with team members and clients. Physical demands include the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and completing other duties as assigned.
