About The Position

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking skilled individuals to operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency. The position involves maintaining daily drilling reports, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, and conducting routine and preventative maintenance as needed. You will lead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees while maintaining a safe environment. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MSDS, CEUs, and JSAs, approving employee timesheets, and completing well logs, logbooks, repair orders, tailgates, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Promoting positive and professional relationships with team members and clients is essential, along with maintaining all required certifications. The physical demands of the job include the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and completing other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • CDL Class A and State Driller License is preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in the drilling industry, with at least one (1) year of experience operating a variety of rigs (i.e. sonic, rotary, auger)
  • Negative drug test
  • Satisfactory results of a background check (and your authorization to conduct a routine background check) - offenses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Possessing a valid Driver's License for the state in which you reside and satisfactory results of a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle
  • Passing a HAZWOPER physical
  • Verifying your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA)

Responsibilities
