About The Position
Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with starting pay ranging from $20.50 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. For those with a CDL A, the starting pay is $24.00 per hour. Our employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. We also provide an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, along with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Gardner location requires travel 80% of the time, primarily between Philly and up to Maine, but employees will be home most nights. Projects typically operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend and night shifts depending on project requirements. Traveling employees will have private hotel rooms at no cost and receive per diem. Employment offers are conditional upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test, as well as maintaining a clean driving record in accordance with DOT requirements.
