About The Position

The Traveling Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment across multiple locations. This role requires flexibility to travel to various sites as needed and support operations during events or peak times. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $17.50-$20.00.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen environment preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel to different work sites
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures a plus

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and trash disposal areas
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Travel to different event locations or facilities as scheduled
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions
• Set up and break down dish stations at various locations
