About The Position

We are looking for a Crew Leader to lead small field teams on nationwide industrial installation projects, ensuring high-quality execution and on-site coordination. This role is hands-on, requiring daily involvement in mechanical and basic electrical installation work while guiding a crew to meet project timelines. The position is best suited for someone who has progressed from a technician role into light leadership and is comfortable working in travel-heavy environments. This individual will play a key role in delivering successful installations across manufacturing and industrial job sites.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a leadership role such as Crew Leader, Foreman, or Lead Technician
Hands-on background in industrial installation, mechanical assembly, or construction-related work
Ability to read and understand blueprints or installation drawings
Comfortable leading small teams while remaining active in the field daily
Willingness to travel 100% for project-based work, including extended time on-site
Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Experience with electrical components or basic wiring is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a field crew of 3–4 team members on installation projects
Execute installation of industrial equipment, including mechanical assemblies and basic electrical components
Coordinate daily jobsite activities, materials, and workflow to stay on schedule
Interpret basic blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards
Communicate progress, issues, and updates to Field Supervisors and leadership
Troubleshoot installation challenges and adjust work plans as needed
Train and mentor junior technicians to improve team performance
