Requirements

Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects.
Strong carpentry skills and a willingness to work alongside your crew.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management tools like Procore is a plus.
Certifications in carpentry or construction supervision are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction operations from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labor to keep projects on track.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance through regular site inspections.
Perform hands-on carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, repairs, and miscellaneous metal work.
Collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and stakeholders.
Champion safety protocols and foster a culture of accountability on-site.
Provide mentorship and guidance to field teams.
