About The Position

This is a full-time, direct placement role at DCS, Inc. DCS, Inc, a General Contractors primarily operates throughout the Southeastern United States for over the past 20 years. To date, we have completed over 600 successful projects from planning to completion. We firmly believe that integrity builds relationships and it is central to our ethos and our approach to working. We are currently hiring a traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent for ground up and tenant finish work only performed in the southeastern United States. Travel required and work performed within any of the 15 southern US States in which we are licensed. We are looking for individuals with Commercial Construction Superintendent ground up experience only in: Gas Stations Retail Automotive Restaurant Commercial Office Financial Institutions

Requirements

5 Years of Commercial Construction Superintendent Construction experience.

Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Willingness to travel a plus
OSHA 10 (Preferred)
OSHA 30 (Preferred)
NPDS certification

Responsibilities

Commercial Construction Superintendent ensures the on-time and on-budget completion of assigned construction and new commercial development projects by managing the construction, manpower, financial, safety and reporting activities associated with the projects.
Excellent communication skills required.
Weekly and daily reports uploaded.
