YOUR ROLE As a Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will spend your days traveling to project sites to actively supervise and occasionally self-perform construction trade activities. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, directing field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work scopes are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Your role involves maintaining and updating construction schedules, ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and preparing daily and weekly reports. You will promote and enforce strict job site safety practices, conduct coordination and safety meetings, and ensure all subcontractors meet contractual and insurance requirements before starting work. Problem-solving and conflict resolution are key parts of your day, as you address issues quickly to keep projects on track and foster a healthy, cohesive leadership team. Additionally, you will supervise punch list completion and closeout processes, evaluating subcontractors and ensuring every detail is wrapped up to project standards. Requirements

3+ years of experience in a large-scale professional commercial construction environment
Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
