Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Fayetteville, NC area
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site culinary support to various locations within the Fayetteville market
  • Step in to cover staffing gaps, new openings, or special projects as needed
  • Execute menus to company standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Train and support kitchen staff on recipes, food safety, and best practices
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control when needed
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
