Builtech is currently seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience

Proficiency in the following software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore
Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40-pound loads at the same time
Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary

Responsibilities

Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
Represent Builtech as the client's primary on-site contact.
Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
Daily communication with your project teammates.
