Traveler Support Representative
About The Position
Seeking call center representatives with great customer service experience to perform inbound and outbound calling. Call center representatives will be answering incoming calls to assist customers with hotel reservations. Will make outbound calls to communicate with clients and hotels. As a call center representative, you will work closely with account management to provide consistent customer service to clients. Will do frequent data entry. Requirements
- Must have previous customer service or call center experience and be computer proficient.
- Must be able to train on first shift.
- 2nd shift's available
