About The Position

Only candidates with their own tire and wheel equipment for roadside or on-location services will be considered. Prior experience is required. The Tire Technician specializes in the inspection, repair, and replacement of tires on light-duty vehicles, including cars and trucks. Key responsibilities include patching leaks, balancing, rotating tires, ensuring proper inflation, and adhering to tire safety standards. Tire Technicians are also responsible for advising customers on tire maintenance to enhance performance and longevity. Candidates must have a modern smartphone with an active internet connection to efficiently manage orders and assignments through the company app. Proficiency in navigating mobile applications, digital platforms, and app-based workflows is essential for seamless task execution and communication. Compensation ranges from $31,200 to $52,000 per year, based on experience and availability. Job Specifics Inspect and assess the condition of tires for wear, damage, or defects. Repair punctures or leaks using appropriate patching techniques. Mount, balance, and rotate tires for optimal vehicle performance. Ensure proper tire inflation and adherence to safety standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with tire repair, mounting, and balancing.
• Basic understanding of tire safety standards and best practices.
• Experience Certification in tire repair or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in tire service, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of advanced tire service techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
